To encourage, promote and develop membership by
KNOWLEDGE
To develop, maintain and share a definitive co-operative knowledge base by
· providing a knowledge base of co-operative information
· providing Co-operative Education to the membership
· facilitating communication with all Stakeholders
FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE
Ensure the Federation’s financial sustainability by
· prioritising allocation of resources and capital against Strategic Plan
· lobbying for Government assistance
· reviewing membership fee structure
· developing multiple revenue streams
GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS
Positively influence all levels of Government on co-operative matters by
CO-OPERATIVE LEADERSHIP
Demonstrate the benefits of Co-operative Principles to stakeholders by
· developing a Marketing Plan (Marketing Our Co-op Advantages)
· demonstrating sound corporate governance
